I use MSWord2000, depending on what version you have the menus could be slightly different. Here's how to do it: 1. Save the printable to a specified location. 2. Then open up MS Word and create a new document. 3. Make sure your rulers are on. You can do this by choosing View/Rulers from the menu. 4. Then click on Insert/Picture>From File. Find your saved printable. You can either double-click on it to open it or select it and click Insert. 5. It should now appear on your document. Click on it and a small black outline will appear all the way around the image with small black boxes in several location around the edge. 6. You can use Jim's Hobby Calculator (http://www.printmini.com/calc.shtml) to figure out the mini dimensions if you are unsure what size it should be. 7. If you put the cursor (arrow pointy thingy) over one of the black boxes in the corner and a small line with an arrow at each end will appear. Then click and hold while dragging towards the center of the image to make it smaller and drag away from the picture to make it bigger. You should see a dotted outline while dragging and that is how you can determine the size of the photo. 8. Using the ruler as your guide, drag the dotted outline until it measures whatever dimensions you need. 9. Save and print:) **You can also right click on the original image and a drop down menu will appear. Select Format Picture. Click on the size tab and enter the mini dimensions. Make sure that the boxes are checked for Lock Aspect Ratio and Relative to Original Picture Size.*** Guess I should have given you the short version first..LOL Sorry about that:) Hope this helps. *~Michelle C.~* My mini site: http://home.comcast.net/~canada189/index.html
