The Nursery#4

I've seen several bookend vignettes and have always loved them. I decided that it couldn't be that hard to make my own and just nailed 2 pieces of wood together. After adding wallpaper & carpet, it was almost finished! This bookend was for my sister, Kristy, after having her second baby which was a girl:)
I picked up the crib at a yard sale - Got a bargain for it too:) I left the main part of the crib the original color, but painted the blue detailing on it. I then added the blue flowers and pink lace along the canopy. I changed all the fabric to match the decor- the crib mattress, baby quilt and canopy.

The babies gorgeous crocheted dress and bonnet were made by Carolyn P. and the beautiful brass lamp is by Kerrie F. I crocheted the afghan that's hanging over the railing.
This pretty little dress was hand-crafted by MaryAnn M. and the diaper holder was made from a tutorial from an online class, but I can't seem to be place which group.
The adorable rug is by Diann F. and the blocks are made from my dear friend, Melinda. In the background you can see the matching booties to the dress that Carolyn made.
